When we use the term “Family-Friendly,” we are referring to those rentals that offer both exceptional value and a clean, well-maintained environment. These are not “budget” in the way a motel may be considered budget, or spare. Rather, consider our Family-Friendly category as referring to those rentals offering spaces that are not “precious.”

Family-Friendly Rentals:
• Will have functional, clean kitchens and bathrooms.
• Will be well-managed.
• May be a condo or a private home.
• May be located beachfront or secluded.
• May have private pools and hot tubs or have access to well-maintained shared facilities.
• May have game rooms.
