This spectacular three-bedroom and three and a half bath vacation villa is perfectly situated in the world-renowned Hualalai Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii.

The Hualalai Waiulu Fairways villa is every golfer's dream; it's a quick golf cart ride to the Four Seasons Hotel where you can enjoy Hualalai's Golf Course, complete with spectacular ocean views, designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus.*

Up to six guests can enjoy 2,642 sq. ft. of luxurious living at this spacious villa. The home includes multiple lounge areas, indoor/outdoor dining - including a large 414 sq. ft. lanai with built-in BBQ, an open-style great room, and spectacular golf-course views for everyone to enjoy.

The villa features large windows, giving you ample natural lighting, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, top-of-the-line appliances, high-quality bedding and linens, bathroom amenities, and commanding views of the golf course! The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need to make fabulous meals. Hualalai Waiulu Fairways is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the luxurious offerings of a private luxury villa, while still having the ability to access the Hualalai Resort amenities.* Here, you can enjoy the best of both worlds!

The beautiful master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, access to a private balcony and an en-suite bath with a walk-in glass shower, large soaking tub and dual vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers two queen-size beds. Both guest bedrooms offer en-suite baths with combination shower/tub and single vanity. All bedrooms offer a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and beautiful views!

There are two golf carts on standby, making it a quick and easy trip to the Hualalai Resort Sports Club & Spa, the Golf Club, restaurants and the hotel!*

All this in less than a 15 minute drive from the airport, making Hualalai Waiulu Fairways a convenient and beautiful escape!

Four Seasons Resort Access:

Guests at this villa will have access to the Four Seasons Hualalai Resort (Optional). A Daily Resort Guest Fee per person, per day will apply and be payable directly to the resort. The Daily Resort Guest Fee ranges from $65 - $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up and $32.50 - $100 + tax for guests ages 5-13. During the festive season, the Daily Resort Guest Fee is $200 + tax for guests ages 14 & up, and $100.00 + tax for guests ages 5-13. This daily fee includes access to the sports club, spa, golf course, beach and pool services, all resort restaurants (with the exception of members-only restaurant), ocean activity center, tennis club, kids club, and a resort-wide charge card and account. Note this fee is subject to change without notice and some restrictions may apply; additional fees apply as appropriate.

The Chaise Lounge Policy at Hualalai Resort may be in place during peak seasons. Also during peak seasons, on-property dining and activity requests may be accepted two weeks prior to the start of your resort access date. Please check with Club Concierge for any restrictions that may be in place during the dates of your stay.

This was our first visit to Hualalai and we could not have been happier. This unit is decorated in a sophisticated, warm but comfortable manner. Everything was well-stocked. Wonderful kitchen. We loved having breakfast on the lanai every morning as a family. Unit felt very private since it's a corner spot. Very quiet location, no noise from any neighbors. Definitely some golf-course "noise" / mowers etc in the morning, but it didnt' bother us at all. Comes with 2 golf carts that are so easy to commute back & forth to main resort. This unit was also very kid-friendly. I wish we had known it contained a porta-crib, high chair, and was only single story. I rented several items that weren't necessary as it's well-prepped for kids. We look forward to returning soon...

Our family enjoyed our stay in villa 137D at Hualalai Resort. The
spacious villa was clean and fresh with a generous sized lanai that
had views of the golf course. The beds were very comfortable and there
were plenty of extra pillows, blankets and towels for our use. It was
very easy to work with PHH to book our villa and get all of the
necessary information to set up resort amenity privileges. The villa
was conveniently located which was an easy 10-15 minute walk to the
Trading Company and just minutes away if using one the two golf carts
provided with the villa. We would definitely consider renting this
villa again.
